HACIA (towards)
... la derecha (the right)
... la izquierda (the left)
... adelante (forwards)
... atrás (backwards)*
... dentro (inwards)
... fuera (outwards)
... abajo (downwards)
... arriba (upwards)
... mí (me)
... tí (you)
... usted (you formal)

PARA = hacia (towards)
Mire para arriba.
(Look up.)

(POR) ARRIBA DE (above)
Levante el brazo (por) arriba de la cabeza.
(Lift your arm above your head.)

(POR) DÉTRAS DE (behind)
Pase el brazo (por) detás de la espalda.
(Reach your arm behind your back.)

(POR) DELANTE DE (in front of)
Cruce los brazos por delante de su cuerpo.
(Cross you arms in front of your body.)

(POR) DEBAJO DE (underneath)*
Ponga las manos debajo de la cabeza.
(Place your hands underneath your head.)

A LOS LADOS (at your sides)

ALTURA (height)

DEFINITE ARTICLE VS POSSESSIVE ARTICLE
a la altura de los hombros = a la altura de sus hombros
