LEARN HOW TO PERFORM A GENERAL MEDICAL HISTORY AND EXAM IN SPANISH
I'm very excited to announce a new brand of series for premium subscribers called Building Blocks. These series will be taught in a basic format so that they are accessible to the beginner, but will incorporate useful grammar tips and medical vocabulary for the more advanced learner. These series are called "Building Blocks," because they will provide the essential words and phrases to build an effective Medical Spanish vocabulary.
Medical History and Exam, the first Building Blocks Series, will be a comprehensive review of a complete medical history and exam. At least one new episode will be published weekly. Here's the line-up of what we'll cover:
- Greetings, Introductions and Good-byes
- Medical Professionals
- Family Members
- Anatomy
- Asking what is wrong.
- Characterizing the problem (location, timing, severity, aggravating and alleviating factors)
- Review of Systems (several episodes covering the major body systems)
- Past Medical History
- Family History
- Social History
- General Physical Exam
Subscribe to Medical History and Exam and you will receive a new lesson each week through your personal podcast feed until we have completed all the topics listed above.
