There are several ways to access your premium content. First, you must be logged in.

To access your premium content from the website, simply click on the "Personal Playlist" link under your username in the right-hand column.

To download a file from from your playlist, click on the name of the desired file. This opens a page where the download link appears under the show notes.

If you would like to subscribe to your playlist through iTunes, simply click on the "Personal iTunes Feed" link under your username in the right-hand column.

If you use an RSS reader other than iTunes, your Personal RSS Feed URL is found under the "My Account" link under your username in the right-hand column.

If you have already subscribed to the podcast through iTunes, you will see two Medical Spanish Podcast feeds after you subscribe to your personal feed through our site.

- The feed through iTunes contains only our free podcast episodes.
- Your personal feed contains all purchased premium content along with our free podcast episodes.

To avoid confusion, I recommend you delete the the free iTunes feed from your iTunes library. If it contains episodes from our original podcast that you don't want to lose, you can remove it from your iTunes library without removing it from your computer. This option will appear when you go to delete it.

When you sync your iPod or other MP3 player with iTunes, make sure to select your new personal Medical Spanish Feed containing premium episodes. You do this under the Podcast tab in iTunes that appears after connecting your device to your computer.

On your iPad, iPod Touch or iPhone - Tap the center of your screen while listening to the episode.

On your iPod, click the center button three times while listening to the episode.

No. You may subscribe to your Personal RSS Feed using the service of your choice (e.g. iTunes). Your personal RSS Feed contains all the premium content you have purchased. You will find your Personal RSS Feed URL under the "My Account" link, under your username in the the column to the right.

If you use iTunes, all you have to do is click on "Personal iTunes Feed," found under your username in the column to the right.

You can also manually subscribe to your Personal RSS Feed. For example, if you use iTunes:
1. Copy your Personal RSS Feed (found under My Account)
2. Go to iTunes and click Advanced (menu bar at the top)
3. Then click on "Subscribe to Podcast" in drop down menu under advanced.
4. This opens a box where you would enter your RSS feed address and then click OK.

If you haven't downloaded the podcast to iTunes yet, you can listen to it using your iPad by clicking on the Feed link on the right hand column under "Follow us @...." This will bring up the feed with a podcast player compatible with the iPad.
